With our hydraulic simulation program for liquid distribution, we confidently design internals for any size tower from the beginning without the need to test each internal before shipment although such testing is available on request.

This computer program incorporates our packed tower design program, which allows sizing and hydraulic rating of any tower using our tower packing and assists in selection of appropriate model numbers for customer requirements.

Scope of Supply

For the internals described in this brochure, Hanbit Soltech Corporation provides all removable parts. The internals do not include tower attachments for connection or support. Examples of attachments required are:

• Support rings
• Sump frames
• Internal flanges at feed nozzles, including gasket
• Wall clips for internals support
• Deflector for Model FFG-755 (Flashing Feed Gallery)

Materials of Construction

Packed tower internals are available in any weldable metal material. FRP or thermoplastic construction are also available on request, although such construction is limited to some models. For more information on these models, please contact us.
